The clients complaint is invalid, her images were delivered to her on May 4, 2016 and a final notice was sent out on June 2, 2016 notifying her that her Gallery would be expiring and she needed to download the images.

I have worked with Emily on numerous occasions over the last decade. I reached out to her when she was first started and she took my high school senior portraits! Last fall she did my engagement session at Zilker gardens and I couldn't be happier with them. From start to finish there is no doubt Emily is a genuine and caring person. She created some of my favorite photos! I am super thankful for her and can't wait to add more of her work to my walls!

I am rejecting this response because: My children did not hand the baby the pink gun and I never received an email stating the gallery was expiring.  Her responses to my complaint is a prime example of why not to use [redacted] Portraiture. I had to contact Revdex.com for her to even acknowledge me. This business owner does not know how to treat customers. You will be taking a risk when using her.

because:Ms [redacted] sent out  the link to the photos on 4 May. During the session she promised to fix a known problem that her and I both addressed at the time of the session. She said she would take care of it. Today she told me she was suppose to change me $25 per photo,  but that is not what she said on the day of the photos.  She sent out the photo link on 4 May. I immediately responded to her on 4 May, and again on 8 May. She did not respond back until 11 May stating she would fix the problem and would let me know when they were ready She never let me know. I also never received an email stating the photos were expiring, as she so stated. I contacted her repeatedly and she refused to respond. Never once did she respond, until yesterday after getting in contact with a 3rd party who knows her. TODAY, I finally received my photos. During the session on 3 April, she also promised to crop out a pink gun that she gave my daughter without my permission since I did not want a pink gun in my photos. She did not crop it out as promised. Since my initial interaction with Ms [redacted] on 2 February, there have been many promised and statements that were made, that she never followed through on.  I do not recommend this business.
