I recently was shopping for couches ,this store was one of many stops . Upon coming to this store I was greeted by a “customer service rep” telling me how she could work with our finances. Saying things like I could give you 12 months no interest and affordable payments.However ,after processing my application I was only given a 1,200 credit line just above half of the total price cost. I was about to walk away when the manager/store owner stepped in and offered another finance option through another financial institution,I tried it out ,unknown to the fact that they started a contract with the first financial institution and did not cancel it . When I got approved for more with the other institution I was ready to go ahead with the sale ,and since it did cover most of the cost I was ok with the out of pocket cost.the service rep wasn’t able to give me details about my payments ,my contract terms ,provide me with account info ,or even print it out ,she said she would “tell me later”.The management and other employee also forgot to mention that I did not qualify for 12 months no interest and neglected to inform me about a much smaller time frame to pay off the total .I made an initial payment and was told I would receive my merchandise the following week ,about a week and a half went b by and I checked in on the date they told me it would be available and it was not available till the following morning,I checked in the following day and still nothing .At this point I went to the store about 2 or 3 times to try to resolve this. I called several times before management answered and made arrangements to meet at the store . I went to the store and they never showed, I tried contacting management but they avoided my calls . The financial institutions are going to withdraw money directly from my bank soon .

I had purchased a Ashley sectional couch almost a year ago purchased around August or September with 2 months having the couches called and complained that they were peeling the leather sent manager pictures of the item and called ashley warranty was told that there is not coverage and that the store that was given was not in theyre system bee dealing with manager of the store for almost a year to come and get leather cover for my couches and told to pay for upholstery on my couches paid $2000 from them and no warranty why are these people still in business the reviews are bad and comments bad business this company would like to get either that piece thats damaged or repaired its been an ongoing with manager back and forth to much run around and lies
