I received a voucher from Living Social with this company They did not call to confirm the day before my scheduled cleaning When I called them, they advised they were double booked and would call me back within the hour to see what they could do I had taken a day off work for them to come to my home They didn't call back within the hour (or at all) I called again to request their service on a Saturday They insisted they would come out (without charging me a Saturday service) They never called or showed up - AGAIN I demanded my money back from Living Social They assured me they would not do business with them again

I am rejecting this response because:
1) The company promised me a refund in full, and 2) the owner finally admitted to me this
morning that the check has not yet gone out, in conflict with their statement below This appears to be more double-talk and excuses on the company's partThey've shown very little professionalism or integrity in a handling this matter.

the refund of $was sent as there were charges and fees that applied to permitting and expediting fees the packet was mailed out last week

The first cleaning I scheduled with this company was fineSome difficulty getting through to schedule the appointment, but no issues after thatMy second appointment was another story entirelySeveral weeks in advance, I scheduled a cleaning for the day after we moved out of our houseThe morning of the appointment, I received a call from the cleaner (same one as the first appointment) stating that she was just informed of the appointment by her boss and that she could not make it at the scheduled time but would try to come later or the next dayI then spent the next day and a half trying to get in touch with her and with I Need a CleanWHEN I could get through (maybe call out of 10), I was repeatedly promised a cleaner would be thereBy the end of the second day, when I was up against the walk-through and closing on our house, I had called them times and been on hold for a total of over minutes! In the end, no cleaner ever showed up! They promised a refund within 10-business days, even though it only took minutes for their original charge to appear on my credit cardStill waiting!

I was so pleased with my experience & we are so delighted with the results. All surfaces in our home are clean and dust-free. Their professionalism and quality of work was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to call this service again, if I needed cleaning.

Do not trust this company. They schedule service and then do not show up. They do not call and then when you call, "Oh sorry we will reschedule." I unfortunately let them re-shedule and they still did not show up.
