This company took 49 dollars from my account to provide me with dish tv. I did not get the service and now they will not return my 49 dollars
On January 8th 2018 I called and talked to this company about dish pricing they told me that I had to pass a credit check and leave a 49 dollar dept in order to get pricing. So I did, and all of my personal information. then they gave me the price. They also told me that I could cancel service before my installation date and get my money back. I found another service that was cheaper and called and cancelled by installation. They cancelled my installation but did not give me my money back. So I called dish and they said that I had to talk to the company that sold me the service and I told them that it was you dish who sold me the installation. Then that is when they told me that they don't sell the service that they have another company do it and that I had to call them to get my money back. So I asked them who sold me the service and they said I don't know. then they told me just to call the number I had called the first time. So I called the number I had called the first time. I told them that I canceled the service and I want my money back. They said ok just hold and I will get you billing. they put me on hold for thirty minutes and then hung up. I had to buy more minutes and call them back and they put me on hold for another thirty minutes and I ran out of minutes. This brings us to today January 29th 2018 I still have not received my money back and they continue to put me on hold. I feel that this is a scam and I want to worn everyone about this company before they get scammed like I did.

This is an easy answer. Just give me back my money like you said you would.

I thank you for the fast response and the return of the money. Although this all could have been avoided if you would just return the money when the service is canceled. The way you do it know makes people think they have been scammed and that is not good for a business.

Infinity installed dish tv when I had canceled and they shouldn't have came over. Guy pressured wife to sign and they won't talk to me anymore.
I had called dish tv to get quotes on pricing. I received a credit denial letter so I called them back. They couldn't tell me anything about it. I again informed them I just wanted quote and no service or installation. On 1 21 18 I was at work and installer showed up to my house. He spoke very broken language and my wife couldn't quite understand what he wanted. He had her sign something and installed a dish tv on side of my house. When I got home I immediately called the installer and he just said office office. I couldn't understand him. I disconnected the dish tv and have been calling dish tv daily to get this resolved. They now will no longer take my calls and are making me pay $00 cancellation fee. I didn't want this service, service, just a quote.

Desired Outcome

They need to come out and take the dish tv off of my house, repair the holes in wall and not charge me a single dime.

Promised a $50 Visa card when signing up for Dish. Apparently, was signing up through Infinity Sales Group(deceiving, not disclosed)
I signed up with Dish in December 2016, Account #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Was promised a $50 Visa card. Apparently, I was actually signing up through Infinity Sales Group(which was not disclosed to me). When I received an email from yet another company(Not Dish or Infinity), the link provided did not work. Contacted company for missing information, was given the runaround about who offered such giftcard and why the link wasn't working. Link still did not work. Was told that I needed to have 4 months of on-time payments before I could receive the giftcard. I have now given Dish a year of on-time payments and am now being told the link expired after 60 days and is no longer valid. The link NEVER worked for me, so I was never able to receive the promised giftcard(a major reason for signing up in the first place).

We show that you phoned us on January 11th 2017 asking for the exact date of your installation to complete the redemption form. Then approximately 1 year later you phoned us on January 8th 2018 claiming non-receipt. You initially advised us that the email address on file was not accurate and this prevented you from receiving your redemption information. We connected you to *** Fulfillment Group where we collectively confirmed that the email address on file was accurate. Once the email address was confirmed you stated that you did get the email but that the corresponding link did not work. We then advised that, per your call on January 11th 2017, that you wouldn't have known you needed your installation date had the link not actually worked.

We explained that the promotion timeframe was 60 days and that it expired on March 1st 2017. However, we were not contacted until 10 months after the offer expired. The reasons provided for failing to comply with the Terms and Conditions were not substantiated. We have paid the redemption provider. The redemption provider sent the necessary documentation but the gift card was not redeemed within the specified time frame. Unfortunately, you are no longer eligible for this promotion.

This information is incorrect. I told your agent that *** had an incorrect email address, *** sent me my promised giftcard from them within minutes.
My statement to *** has always been the same as stated in my intital complaint.
A customer should not have to track down these promotional items they are promised. When I called for the installation date, I assumed the link would work with that information. It did not. Was then told I needed to have 4 months of ontime payments before I could claim the giftcard. I was not informed of a 60-day expiration until after I followed up on this matter once again.

They called about me getting dish. they took $49.99 from my account,well when they came to install the dish couldn't get it cause of line of site.
Well as of this day I have never received my refund. Called and they told me I called the wrong Dish.

I contacted Dish to obtain cable services, and then decided to cancel my installation. Found out I was dealing with a 3rd party given the round around
Was given the round around to receive my refund of $49.00 for an activation fee. I was given over 6 numbers to call by the dish rep. since I was not aware dealing with a 3rd party vendor. All numbers were wrong.Order service on 12/29/2017 cancelled installation on 12/30/2017. That is when I found out that Dish does not charge activation fee and I was dealing with a 3rd party.

Desired Outcome

I went on Infinity Dish website and it appears that there was a overwhelming amount of consumers affected in the same way I was. Not divulging they were a 3rd party vendor and providing incorrect phone numbers to resolve issues. It appears an overwhelming amount was regarding the $49.99 activation fee refund. And getting the round around. Dish company was not helpful they wash their hands and said they cannot control their 3rd party vendors.

This company charged a $49.99 "administration fee" that is a bogus scheme to rip off people.
I called Infinity Dish on Dec. 20 to attempt to get a new customer installation of Dish Network. The same day they charged her credit card $49.99. I called Dish Network directly and was told that THEY (Dish Network) does not charge ANY fees before installation (which is free). This fee is charged by Infinity Dish for absolutely no legitimate reason.

They charged $49.99 for a service that I didn't ask for. I want a refund for that amount.
I've ordered a *** service and after few days the technician went to my place and told me that he wasn't allowed to climb the roof for the installation of the antenna so I've canceled the order. After few days I checked my bank account and I've found a charge of $49.99 for another company called *** Dish 3. I've called *** and they told me that it's one of their retailers. I've called Infinity several times but no answer.
I'm asking for a refund.

On 6/27/2017, I had opened The Dish service for my dish TV thought the Infiniti Sales Group, LLC. They ware offering the PREPAID VISA CARD "Gift 100" for using there site to open Dish TV service, they will give you $100.for choosing there web site.On 7/10/2017 I had e-mailed ***@elitefullifmentgroup.com,www.elitefulillemntgroup.com, for asking my $100 credit card is. I was told I could get a refund for $106.00 that was charged to my bank account if I called back to put my card on file
I had called into setup service the system was not accepting any of the 4 different cards I gave them for the $1.00 hold for the dish equipment, was informed if I paid the $106.00 instal fee, I infomred them no I would just call back in a couple days and try again. he advised me that I could call back in a couple days and put my card on file when it wasnt having issues, they could refund, the money, I contacted dish to do this, they stated I had to contact Infinity Sales Group, Gave me a phone number that number is disc, and busy, got anther number not able to reach them, got a correct nujmber for them, and now I cant seem to reach them, I spoke with someone in sales and was transfered to customer service and sat on hold for 45 min unable to reach anyone, called back, sat on hold for another 30 min nothing. I'm very upset by information that I was informed and cant seem to get resolved, also was informed I would recieve a gift card in the mail, and dish told me I had to go on line to get it. I feel like I was lied to a bunch just to setup service

They had tried to contact me 1 time and I didnt have a notice nor a missed call or voicemail from them. Some people are not allowed to have their phones at work. Also they informed me that my visa card would be mailed january 9th 2018. In my opinion that is not expidited.

Failure to receive $100 gift card upon new customer activation with *** Network.
I ordered new service with *** Network in early July 2017. While I thought I was contacting *** directly, I have since learned I was actually speaking with someone at Infinity Sales Group. As a new customer, I was told I would receive a $100 gift card. As of today, October 4, 2017, I have still not received the promised gift card. I contacted Infinity Sales Group on October 3, 2017 to try to find out the status of my gift card. I was told I should've received an email informing me how to obtain my gift card and that now my offer had expired and there was nothing they could do to help me. I never received an email stating the requirements. If I would've, I would have completed the requirements requested. Why would I not for a free $100 gift card. Later that same day I contacted *** Network and the Account Specialist who assisted me attempted to contact Infinity Sales Group to help me resolve the matter. She was not able to get anyone on the phone after calling two different phone numbers. The *** Account Specialist was not appreciative of how Infinity Sales Group represented *** Network and neither was I. While *** had nothing to do with this, it looks bad on them because of the way Infinity Sales Group is representing them. Infinity Sales Group never told me I would be receiving an email concerning the gift card when I originally signed up for service. Since I was not informed properly, I assumed it would come in the mail. I do not feel I have been treated fairly and believe Infinity Sales Group has falsely advertised offers on behalf of *** Network. This is obvious to me by the 49 other complaints about this company, especially those who have the same complaint as I do. To me, this is a matter of principal, not money.

Desired Outcome

I expect to receive the $100 gift card that was promised to me when I originally signed up for service. I expect people to do what they say and say what they mean. Anything less than the promised gift card will not be acceptable to me. I'm an honest person and expect others to be too. I also think they sales associates should be better trained on how to explain such offers going forward. You can't expect people to know these things.

I appreciate Infinity living up to the original offer and am currently waiting on my gift card.

The Company lied to me and misrepresented the cost of their services. Once it was discovered they would not cancel the order.
I called to order Frontier fios cable and the sales person represented that they were part of Frontier, she then misquoted the price of the service. I ask her if she was new and she told me no, I question the price on 4 different times and was told each time the price she gave me was correct. I then called the customer service # and was given the much higher price, I then placed the order with him. I then called and spoke to the sales manager and ask him to cancel may order that I placed 2 hours before and was told he would not cancel my order. I feel I was lied to and scammed by Infinity Sales.

A $50 visa card that was promised to me when singing up for dish service thru infinity dish.
On June 19, 2017 I got a flier in the mail to sign up with infinity dish. The flyer indicated I could pick my package, get a year of HBO at no charge and also a $50 visa card for signing up. So I signed up with them We finished all the things we had to do and I was waiting on visa card to come in. Sept, 18, 2017 I hadn't got it so I called them.I was told it had been over 60 days so a form would be sent out and to fill out and mail back with copy of last dish bill. I was not told this when I signed up. How can these companies promise things and not follow thru. They have different numbers than web site. The number I have is X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. Their web has a number of X-XXX-XXX-XXXX.But when you look up their address you get this number X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. Called twice and tried to send a complaint to email, no luck.The first number is the one that said I'd have to fill out a form. Still have gotten nothing from them.

They sent me and email to call them on this matter. I called and was told I would receive my $50 visa card in 5 to 6 weeks. I said so I won't have to call back. They said no. So I guess case can be closed at this time. If they fail to keep promise I will contact you on this matter. Thank you so much for your help.

It is a rebate for 50
I started my dish account XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX with you guys on 06/01/17. I saw this add on a recipe I had. I didn't know it was a third party I thought my service was with dish directly. When I call one of your reps told me I had to pay 50 to star and then I was going to get them back. He never told me I was going to get an email and I had to print and send with my info. After 2 months more or less I called and spoke to another rep she informed me about the email and printing info. I did but she told me that it would expired on like around 08/11 so I printed everything and sent in never knowing that the rebate would expired instead of the email. This time I sent an email asking how come I didn't get my rebate and they told me that they had received info on 8/15 so the rebate had expired. so I called again and one of your reps told me that I was going to get some type of credit to my account and I even asked him how is it postif y have autopay he said I'll make my notes. Off course they didn't credit me and dish told me since it's a Thor party they cannot do anything I needed to call back and talk to them for any rebate. The thing is third parties don't do anything for customers and they cleans there hands because they are not the company and the company throws the ball because they didn't give me the rebate I don't even have a contract with dish but yet my bill says dish. So where the *** is my rebate???? No one knows.

I just wanted the gift card! I also wanted to go dish directly but I don't see any response for this issue! I just don't understand what is your fulfillment center? What do they want me to do know?? Send my info again??

new account activation charge not refunded
I requested a new service beginning of july with install scheduled for august 16th. provided credit card for activation charges which were supposed to be billed day of install. my current provider offered me a deal too good to pass, so I cancelled the install and told dish no thanks. on july 19th 49.99 activation charge appeared on my credit bill. have called multiple times to resolve. dish reps say my account does not exist, they cannot find any charges, keep getting transferred and hung up on. last call kept me on hold 46 minutes. it has been 4 weeks and no resolution and no offer of resolution. I have filled fraudulent charge complaint with my bank, and if they cannot reverse charges will have file a small claims lawsuit

I was promised a $100 rewards card for signing up in November 2016. I have yet to receive the rewards card.
I signed up for Dish through Infinity in November 2016 and was told that for signing up that I was entitled to a $50 rewards card. I was told it would arrive within 6-8 weeks. When that time frame passed I called back because I had not received anything. I was told there was an error and that the card would come to me in the same time frame 6-8 weeks. When the time frame elapsed again and nothing was received I called again and was told the time frame again but this time I was told I would get a $100 rewards card. The card did not come as promised. I called again and spoke with a supervisor who informed me on June 16 that I would receive the $100 rewards card in 4-5 weeks. I still have not received anything.
