At the time of the order the customer was notified that his order has been placed on back order and it would be several weeks before the order can be fulfilled. Our company has offered to issue the customer a refund on several occasions and the...

option to pay once the item is back in stock. The customer refused and said he was okay with waiting for the item until it arrived. Even with this information [redacted] continued to place numerous calls about the update of the unit. Every single call and Amazon e-mail was answered in a timely manner. We assured the customer that as soon as the item arrives we will notify him and ship the item. As for today, the item has been shipped and is making its way to the customer. The item is travelling via FedEx Freight under the tracking number: [redacted]. The issue is resolved.

I DO NOT ACCEPT THEIR RESPONSE!
At no time has this company contacted me about my back ordered item. Initially, after the delivery date shown on [redacted] pasted, I spent 3 days calling them and then they finally called me back. Yes, after waiting for over a month, the company did offer me a refund but after waiting so long I elected to keep my order with the understanding from the company that they would keep me informed and I was given a new estimated delivery date. As for their statement "Every single call and Amazon e-mail was answered in a timely manner", that is a joke. Even after placing calls to them for a week, even after submitting a complaint through [redacted] and even after submitting this complaint I have yet to receive a call from this company.
Hopefully I will not need to contact this company again after I receive my item, but if I have a warranty issue or something I need the confidence that they will take or return my calls and provide (after the sale) customer service.
One last point, if this company had responded to me on a timely basis to all of my calls and emails, if they had provided the customer service they were suppose to give over the past 3+ months you would think they would know my name. It's [redacted] not [redacted]!
I think its time for the lies and games that this company is playing to stop! I am fully prepared to submit email and phone records contradicting their above claims/lies.
With that being said and if this company is willing to step up and take responsibility for their actions or the lack there of, I want them to communicate with me and give me the customer service that all customers deserve.
I don't think it is too much to ask for the following:
1. A call from the company (in a timely manner) so I can be assured that it is actually possible to talk to someone.
2. A call from the owner because I believe after all I have gone through I deserve to speak to someone above the level that I have been dealing with. I also want to make sure that the owner is fully aware of the issues and service that I received.
