My trash was not emptied out the the can. And I'm constantly having wheels busted off of the cans.My trash was not emptied out of the can on 4-19-16, I have called 311 to have them come out again to empty the can.Desired Settlementcome back out today and finish emptying my trash.Business Response We went back and emptied this can on 4/20/16. Refusing to pick up garbage when it is their jobTo whom it may concern:I am having a problem with inland garbage company. Some renters moved out of a properties that I owned, so I put the rest of their garbage at the street. The garbage company then came out on Saturday September 19th, took pictures and said they were not going to pick up the garbage, leaving the street looking awful. I called to complain and they hung up on me. The employees names were [redacted] and [redacted]. I thought that is what the garbage company is supposed to do. The City of Memphis Code Enforcement apparently took pictures of the debris at this location and tagged it for code violations. Additionally, there were no utilities on at the time so Inland was not being paid to service this location. According to the City of Memphis, they informed [redacted] on September 21, 2015,that he was not paying a Solid Waste fee and placed eviction debris at the curb; both in violation of the City's Ordinance. A yellow tag was place on the debris as official notice.We wish we could have been more helpful in this situation but we must operate within the contract specifications. In this particular instance, the City of Memphis Solid Waste Department made the ruling.

Company damaged mailbox and has failed to follow up with me after many attempts during past month.Around June 23rd our trash was picked up and your driver severely damaged our mailbox with the automatic claw that lifts the garbage can and dumps the trash into the truck. The driver stopped and took photos and told us someone would be in touch. We followed up with the City of Germantown as well, who told us on four separate occasions they asked Inland to contact us directly to repair our mailbox that they damaged.Almost a full month later we have heard nothing at all from your company. Absolutely not a way to run a business. Speaks a lot about the lack of integrity of your company.Desired SettlementRepair and/or reimbursement of repairBusiness Response After investigating this claim, a mailbox was purchased and installed. I followed up with the resident to make certain it was corrected to their satisfaction. Consumer Response Company has replaced mailbox.
