WORST insurance company EVER!! This company is a complete joke! I can't even begin to list the many many numerous issues I have had with them

Review: I have called for days at a time, every number listed on my insurance card and I sit on hold for up to 45 minutes and then the call drops or someone hangs up. My doctor's office cannot even get through and I cannot get the medical care I need because of this. I've even tried to call their patient advocacy hotline and that hangs up! I have literally spent hours on end about once a week trying to solve this or get a person on the phone. I'm thinking this is not a real company even though I'm getting charged monthly.Desired Settlement: I just need to ask one question and would like someone to answer it.
