Review: I received a solicitation phone to optimize my website. I agreed to sign up with IHI and paid $1800.00 for a full year of service to optimize, make my website cell phone compatible and put it on the first page of [redacted]. I was told to wait a couple of months since Houston is one of the largest cities and it would take awhile for it to appear on [redacted]. I was patience and waited until I received an email from on of their reps saying my website was down and was I was aware of it. I checked my website and it was up and running. I responded to her email and informed her it was up and asked her to call me and give me an update of where we stood with the optimization process. I never heard back from her. I emailed her again about a week later. No response. I then called and left a message for [redacted] who is suppose to be handling my account. I have not heard back from her to date. Iwaited another week and called and asked for an update without a response. II have called three times this week. I finally got [redacted] to call me and tell me she would leave [redacted] a message. I cannot get any one to give me information about my website and what they have done yet. Also, I have not received the services promised to optimize, modify for cell phone viewing and to be on the first page of [redacted]. At this point, I am requesting a full refund of $1800.00 for services not being rendered and no one to communicate with me since they have been paid in full.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $1800.00

Review: This company uses a computerized telemarketing system to generate leads. The computer calls out office 3-7 times daily. It says to press "1" to reach a person from their company or "2" to opt out. But no matter how many times we press "2" we continue to get calls. When we press "1" and ask to be removed they hang up. They representatives we reach continue to ask for the business owner and even when they reach him and he asks them to stop calling they accuse him of not being the real business owner (as [redacted] did today) and then they hang up. We do not want their service, they are not abiding by the federal FTC regulations related to opt-out requirements for telemarketing calls and they will not assist us with this issue.Desired Settlement: We have asked countless times, by pressing "2", that they stop contacting us. Their behavior has been very unprofessional and rude. We do not want them to call any more on any of our business lines. We will continue to file complaints with the Revdex.com, the FTC and other review sites until this illegal behavior stops.

Response:

Thank you for your inquiry. We sincerely apologize for the telemarketing calls. However, Innovative Holdings Inc., doesn't currently make outbound solicitation/ telemarketing calls. However, we have forwarded you phone number to all of our independent marketing affiliates.

Review: I had a lady call me from California in September of 2013, when she promised me I would be on the top of the [redacted], I signed up. The website was created within 3 weeks and wasn't too bad. But when I wanted to make changes the requests were never made, and photos that were sent were never installed. They promised I would get my domain if I ever canceled their services. Well I had people telling me they can't find my site, so I desided to cancel my services. I have tried to get ahold of them for the last 3 weeks, the phones don't even have a voicemail, which makes me sick. I have Kristys cell number, I left her many voicemails and no returns. All of this and they still charge me every month. I read some of the other complaints and this company is a big scam!!! If they don't respond within a couple days I am filing a lawsuit.Desired Settlement: I want all my money back, plus my domain name.

Review: This company keeps calling us to update our [redacted] listing. Sometimes we get several calls in one day, otherwise we get a call at least once a day Monday thru Friday. I have asked SEVERAL times over the last few months to be removed. It is to the point where people just keep hanging up on me when I say that I have asked to be removed. Please ask this company to stop calling our business.

Review: Innovative Holdings contacted me by phone concerning optomizing [redacted] for my business. The lady on the phone promised me that my [redacted] placement would be within the top 5 search results in the keywords I submitted on all local map searches. They also promised a report on their services every month, I only received one report out of three months. And the report I received was work my website administrator had already accomplished. This company did not do anything they promised. When I called and asked about what they were doing for my business they then promised to upgrade my services for their lacking to do anything. The upgrade never happened.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my $350.00 returned.

Response:

We strongly disagree with customers representation that Innovative Holdings did nothing on his behalf. The client's business is showing on the first page of [redacted] for the following:

Review: I signed up to get a web site built for $249 on 8/** and have heard nothing from anyone on status in almost 3 months. I've attempted to contact you at least 10 times with no response, I’ve tried to contact your firm in every way I can with no success (calls, emails, [redacted], etc).

It’s obvious your company has not worked with me to choose a domain name, have not created a web site, and probably forgot all about my account until I reached out on 11/**. After 3 months of no communication and leaving a flurry of messages I finally received a call from [redacted], she said should would call me right back and get things rolling, but never called. Now today (11/**) they have removed the [redacted] address from their website and when you email the address the account no longer exists, it worked 4 days ago. This has greatly affected my business as I was hoping to get more leads from the web site during the fall/winter months when my business slows down.

I paid $249 for the initial setup (which never happened) on 8/** and I would like a full refund ASAP.Desired Settlement: Since no services were provided, I would like my $249 refunded ASAP.

Review: February, I was contacted by [redacted] in California who claimed to work for "2 the top SEO". She claimed that she would build a website for my business and that she would place keywords with [redacted] to optimize my business presence on the Internet. I signed up for this service with [redacted] who then took a payment of $299. The next day, I received an email from [redacted] in New York who also works for "2 the top SEO" aka "innovative holdings". [redacted] requested that I send her info about my business so that she could build the website. I sent [redacted] 6 pages of exactly what I wanted for my website. 3 weeks later I called [redacted] as I had not heard anything regarding the website being built. She informed me that the proof was finished and ready to be approved. To my horror I discovered that this website is in fact public and all of the information is incorrect. I contacted [redacted] and resent all of the info. 4 weeks later and 10 calls later I have only spoke to [redacted] once, she answered the phone and said nothing more than that she would call me back. I have not heard back and she and [redacted] are not answering calls or emails. Not to mention that horrifying website is still up and completely incorrect.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund and to have no more contact with this company other than to cancel my account.
