Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have received a refund for the monies owed to me However their statements are fraudulent by their own proof They claim that they sent proof that a refund was processed 10/ In their own proof it states process date of 10/ I do not appreciate that their proof contains my entire banking account number They also claim that my son requires one on one attention Blatant falsehood My son does not require one on one in school and is in fact thriving at a new day care with multiple other children with a day care provider that simply controls their room with simple expectations and consequences rather than letting him run the facility My complaint of their treatment of me and my son stand Very poor business practices followed by outright falsehoods.They also told me that they would be mailing me a statement that I will require to file taxes at the end of the year I still have not received this statement.Regards, [redacted] ***

In response to the complaint from a Ms*** *** that was filed with the Revdex.com, we spoke to Ms*** on 10/and had a final decision to discontinue service with her on 10/ 10/ 2016.Ms*** has a child that has been evaluated and identified as to needing special needsWe had done everything in our
power and under the services we could provide for to support the child and the family.We had the child for several months and was demanding one on one attention, which as a service we are unable to provideWe worked close with Ms***, but she was upset as she did not have many options.Since the service need to be discontinued and decision was made on 10/10/and Ms*** was also informed on that date; We authorized a refund on that date and on 10/11/a refund was cut and mailed to her for the full amount of her payment in excess of the usage of service to that datePlease see the bank image to follow as proof of payment:
