Intimate Treasures

I got married on Friday the 26th of the current yearI went into Intimate Treasures the following night with my husband to buy some sexy lingerieThe outfit I found I absolutely loved and upon inspection everything looked goodWhen I got the item home and went to try it on I noticed the lace on the front of the skirt was rippedI called that night to see if I could exchange the defected item and the young lady I had the plesure of speaking with was very niceI, along with a girlfriend returned to the store to exchange my item and pick some new itemsWhen we returned home we encountered the same issueI called again and was told "sorry we don't do exchanges" which is understanble to a degreeI had to take my problem a step further and called the administrative office in Fort Walton and spoke with a lady by the name of Vicky who said she would call the store manager and have them honor the 2nd exchangeI personally did not want to do an exchange at this point I'd rather get my money back but she explanied they did not do refundsSo today, March 1st, after work I went back for a third time and sure enough the outfit is damagedFor what I thought was going to be a simple sexy night ultimately turned into a big headacheI am very dissapointed with this store the amount of money I spent I expected better qulitay and customer service
