I have attached our response to [redacted] dated 12/30/14 and the response received.  Because of the holidays, it appears that our staff and [redacted]  were not in the office to receive the emails however, we did reply to her before this complaint was logged in. (Please see email and...

auto response below.)We have referred children to [redacted] that we believed were within her criteria and to date she has not felt comfortable proceeding.  As always, we support the decision of the client family.  We explained in the letter below that the [redacted] was changing their child criteria for single women as of 1/1/15 and we were able to provide [redacted] with a referral of a beautiful little girl within her criteria.  She quickly rejected the referral.Our agency has worked hard to provide the services requested by [redacted].  We have expended funds both on staff time and direct services.
