Review: I have been working with thius mortgage broker in trying to purchase a home since November 2011. During this time, I have given all complete accurate and relevant information that was requested from me. I was guaranteed a specific loan approval and even signed the good fsaith estimate which promised me this ortgage. Only AFTER this fact, I am being told that I do not qualify and that I need to either find a co-signer or purchase a home in a lower price range. I have been lied to, and this company misrepresents its services and agreements. Specifically, I have been working with the following broker from their agency:
