Review: I paid for a food delivery in the amount of $465. I have tried numerous times to contact the company to set up a delivery time and all the phone numbers have been disconnected. The one number I do have seems to work but there is no one in the office and you cannot leave a message because every mailbox is full.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded to me since I have not received delivery.

Review: WE HAVE BEEN INVOLVED WITH THIS FOOD DELIVERY COMPANY FOR 3 YEARS. They are clearly failing and debited $300 from us in October. $150 of this was by accident after they had our debit card information. They have NOT delivered our food. They do not return calls, They owe us $300 of food. They never deliver the amount we paid for even when they do deliver food. I called the sales associate I was dealing with in the past and he is no longer with the company. There is no way to get in touch with anyone there. The one time I did reach[redacted], she never followed up with when we are getting our food. $150 was basically STOLEN from our account, unauthorized. The owner is some man named[redacted]...never can reach him either. They need to be shut down. They are a disgrace. I just want my $300 back and want to be done with this relationship.Desired Settlement: We want our $300 and to be done with this company.

Review: They promised delivery on more than one occasion. They failed to deliver the food I had already paid for, then proceeded to charge my credit card for 3 additional payments. They have made numerous billing errors and verbally promise to correct. However the corrections are not made. They were working with [redacted]l when I origunally signed up. Subsequently they moved the debt to [redacted], however [redacted] is still trying to collect. IPEC has yet to sort this out.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for the deliveries I have not received and the discrepancies corrected for a total of $1,500. They also need to resolve the issue with [redacted] says that they have not closed the account although the balance has been moved to [redacted]. If any derogatory information has been put on my credit report by IPEC or [redacted] I want it removed.

Review: We have worked with this company for four years. At this time we have a renewed three year contract to receive delivery every 6 months of frozen food products. After receiving the first 6 months of food we have been unable to contact the company to schedule our next deliver although trying for 2 months. We have been paying monthly installments on two separate accounts for this contract. One through the company itself for $145.00 a month where we have paid for 8 months, and one through a Credit card company for $176.00 a month where we have also paid for 8 months. The credit card account was opened by Ipec Foods with out our knowledge, although the payments are a portion of the agreed upon monthly food bill, it was explained that the second account helped them keep track of the payments that earned us a promotional item. Although we have paid two months of our next 6 months delivery we have not received our food.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive our merchandise and end our contract and have the opened credit card account closed with no detriment to our credit. We would be willing to receive a refund of the two months of payments made and a closure of both the food account and the credit card account.

Review: I cancelled service with IPEC foods in February of 2013 due to misrepresentation of service and product quality. I have an existing charge for services not rendered that needs to be corrected. I was also supposed to receive a settlement letter for payoff of the freezer we purchased. I have spoke to several employees multiple times since February. I have been charged past due late fees and additional interest on a purchase I did not authorize. I feel we were mislead into the purchase of their freezer as we were told this could be returned if at any time we decided to discontinue service. [redacted] explained that the freezer was part of the food service. We also returned items during our last delivery that we were never credited for.Desired Settlement: remove false charge and reverse all penalties from our account and credit rating. Pick up freezer and credit our account from the date of cancelation. Credit our account for returned items from last delivery of service.
