 AGAIN I checked on Chrome today & all I have is that [redacted]. Nearly 2 weeks. I can't do ANY surveys on AOL now because the Zip gets stuck at 10 %. So they act like it's MY fault? It's NOT! For all the aggravation & time I waste to MAYBE complete a survey without the OOPS. Give an Amazon card or something!

On July [redacted] an Ipsos i-Say representative contacted [redacted] by telephone...

(voicemail) to let him know that we were aware of his Revdex.com complaint, that we had forwarded his call to our Management team.  We also apologized for the difficulties he recently experienced with one of our surveys.
 
Our records show that [redacted] was able to complete the survey and receive the 300 points. In the meantime, we had already credited his account 300 points on 07/** for his efforts. In addition, we have added 507 points to [redacted]’ account, so that he’ll have enough points to redeem for an award.
 
Please consider this complaint closed, and let me know when this is done.

Hi,Please note that I checked our records and this panelists' queries were replied with the appropriate answer, as you can see in the attached emails. One of our panel correspondents explained the situation about the points that were subtracted from his account, which was due to...

an error that was corrected afterwards. Also, he received 45 points for a survey for that didn't function properly.Hope this clears the situation. Kind regards,Carmen

They are not going to send it.  When I see any of the compensation they owe, maybe then I will drop this.  They liars and [redacted].

 They have NO legal right to deactivate my account as I did NOTHING wrong! I also received NO such emails from them other than some stupid auto-message thing about a new bonus points system. I want my account restored NOW!

However, I have to stress that I've done every survey carefully and had NEVER made any contradictions in my answers.  If there were any, it must be something wrong with their system which was not my fault.  Anyway, I accept their offer of 3 [redacted] gift cards in the total of $135.

Hi,
Our positions it remains the same, as we can't assume something that has nothing to do with our business. Scam sites and illegitimate sites tend to take real information from i-Say.com and paste it on their site to make it seem legitimate and that’s what has happened in this case. In this case someone was using this illegitimate information to drive traffic to their site.
We are sorry for the unpleasant experience, but we can't be held responsible for something we didn't do.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Ipsos regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
0in 0in 10pt;" class="MsoNormal">[Your Answer Here] The missing points have been awarded, but the 500 points I was asking for for retribution has not been awarded.  I guess they don't want to out of good faith to a loyal survey taker.

To whom it may concern:
The MyAudit Support Team contacted [redacted] directly by email to inform him that the $5 incentive code was sent to his email address on August **, 2014.
He was asked to contact them directly if he did not receive the email...

with the code, and they will rectify the situation immediately.
They also informed him of the remaining requirements and incentives for the study if chooses to keep the app active.
