I have had my solar panel for five years and haven't had any problems with the panel until this last December IQ Power scheduled a maintence work on it in December after telling me that I was hard to get ahold ofSo on the day of the work the guy never showed and we never received a call from the company I had to call them on Monday to find out why the worker never showed and they told me he got held up at another job and it was to late for him to come to my houseSo I had to reschedule and they told me it wouldn't be until a month laterWell January 9th was the day the worker was suppose to show up and he never showed and again never called usSo once again I had to wait until the following Monday to call and find out why, and once again they tell me that since I am all the way down in Jupiter and they are in northern Florida, they can't send someone the next day They even told me to find someone down here to maintain there productI have called the company quite a few times and now when I called I get put on to leave a messageWhen I was sold this panel I was never told that it had to be maintained and since they came this far south I would think that they would also be able to maintain their product I also told the dispatcher of the increase on my electric bill and they don't seem to care I also have asked to speak to the owner and received no calls from her All they want is you to buy but when it comes to servicing their products, they are terrible at it
