We attempted to solve this customers issue multiple times but get nothing but disrespect backBesides there is no refund as you defaulted your contract and missed two payments and the vehicle has been already involuntarily repossessed We can try to still help you if you come into the business with the payments that you missed and any repo fees We did not want to keep on going back-and-forth on messages and emails and phone calls as that also waste our time as much of it wastes yours.

nonrefundable as is contract. We believe that this complaint is fake as it is not common sense that there is a transmission light in her dash as there is no such thing. That would only appear in a code. She had no check engine light on, only maintenance required that gave no codes. The Ac just needed a can of freon. We switched her car the next morning at no cost to her for an 08 [redacted] that she drove and liked but now has missed a first payment already for. Also insurance coverage was not added on the car which is a contract requirement. We do every effort to please and satisfy our customers needs even though she has signed an AS IS non-refundable contract. Thank you

It seems to me that Issac Motors wants to continue to go back & fourth. Now that I'm not on their premises it seems that they want to discredit my character. They try to seem as if they are willing to help but in reality they're just trying to make a good name for their business. If I was not able to make payments due to paying for repairs, I was not able to make the first payments. Isaac Motors was not willing to help me until I contacted Revdex.com. I'm not willing to put any more money into this project to continue to be screwed over and over again. This is beyond ridiculous that you have to beg for your money back. This is the first and last time I will ever in my life do business with such unprofessional individuals. I'm not understanding how a customer Issac Motors claim they try to help continue to have to beg them for their money back. If Isaac Motors care and wants to help, they would give me my money back so that I can continue to provide for my child. This is so unrealistic that Issac Motors want to play victim when they're selling unreliable vehicles. If they cared for their customers like they say they do, they would have an well trained mechanic check each and every car in full detail. Test driving the cars before purchase does not prove the vehicle will not have future issues. In all cases, clearly the future issues occur immediately once purchased. They know that people need transportation, so therefore they vehicles are only made to be test driven a few blocks down but not made to be dependable. If Isaac Motors really want to help as they continue to mention, they would help me by refunding me my deposit. If I'm continuing to say I want my refund back and Issac Motors continue to say they want ti help, see how much if a burden this has in me, they would do what the customer ask. I do not understand why I have to go threw hoops to get something I worked for back from a business. How are you conducting a business claiming to help customers but continue to stress the customer. Please, so that this situation can end, refund the deposit, that would please me. If you are stating that you're wanting to help and care about your customers, this situation would be over and done with.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]
