In response to Mr [redacted] 's complaint This roofing system consist of complete R panel metal roof system tear off, deck replacement, standing seam metal roof system and skylights replaced on change order if owner agrees at later date Due to the old metal system previously installed without decking, Ja-Mar was contracted to install decking over existing latheFor this process Ja-Mar made it very clear to the owner that chances of rain in the forecast would halt all work Project was not started until May 1st due to weather The 2nd day of the project was halted by Mrs [redacted] yelling and screaming at our foreman [redacted] that he was the [redacted] B team and that he was [redacted] Mexican witnessed by all of crew and [redacted] at the office [redacted] was on the phone with Mrs [redacted] when Mrs [redacted] apparently forgot she was on the phone with her during this rant [redacted] was immediately phoned by office [redacted] responded with a phone call to Mrs [redacted] however she did not answer or return his two phone calls until 8p.mUpon answering the phone call it seemed that Mrs [redacted] s Speech was a little different than when he had spoken to her before so he suggested he would be there the next day at 8:a.mUpon arrival at the house Mrs [redacted] answered the door and there was no discussion of any issue with the roof or roofing crew issues [redacted] was immediately asked to come in the house and discuss the leaks that they had below existing skylights and the stains it had caused and wanted to make sure this would not happen when new roof was completeThere was no apparent recollection about the rant from the day before [redacted] then proceeded to tell Mrs [redacted] that we would be back to work as soon as the weather was clear enough to start back on the tear off and redeck portion of projectAll was good at that time During the month of May and June there were numerous chances of rain and more heavy rains than Austin has experienced in the last two yearsHowever Ja-Mar would bounce back and forth as they could for this type of project Customers, as one would expect; where starting to get very anxious and began to put pressure on Ja-Mar, however; customer contractor relationship was in tack [redacted] decided that he would load up with extra men and tear off even on days with rain in late JuneRoof was going as planned until one night in June we had a large rain, although the roof was on [redacted] received a call for which he answered at 12:in the morning, It was Mr [redacted] He was very calm and cordial as he stated there was water coming in at the bottom of a skylight and it was getting on the ceiling, walls, and wood floors [redacted] asked if they were ok? Mr [redacted] said yeas but we will have to spend all day dry towels [redacted] apologized and said we would be there first thing in the morningCrew leader [redacted] arrived at 7:and assessed the problem and called [redacted] stating the floor had gotten wet and the sheetrock was also wet *** immediately called Mr [redacted] and although sheetrock had been damaged before the reroof, reason for installing the new roof, that we would pay to have it replaced [redacted] Immediately Had the Steam Team come out and do the dry out while Mr [redacted] received quotes for replacementUpon Mr [redacted] picking his contractor for sheetrock, [redacted] approved and had the contractor [redacted] , Mr [redacted] contractor begin removal of sheetrock, wood floor, and replacement of new sheetrock with tape float and texture [redacted] was paid for this on 7-2- Roofing project was back in progress immediately when weather was good and completed the roof on 8-11- There have been no leaks reported and all has been tight with roof since then Skylights noted on contract dated 3-3-where to be signed separately upon owners approval and that has not been doneJa-Mar has however made trips in September trying out skylight samples for the [redacted] Ja-Mar Roofing Has fulfilled their roofing contract and would like to install skylights to make sure they have a complete new roofing and skylight package Mr [redacted] has given Ja-Mar a quote for [redacted] to put in wood floors when skylights are complete Never has Mr [redacted] s, nor Mr [redacted] lied to the [redacted] s Ja-Mar would have loved for this roof to go on without a hitch, Ja-Mar Roofing stands behind their work and will make every attempt to Insure the [redacted] s are as Happy as they can be! that has not been done. Ja-Mar has however made 6 trips in September trying out skylight samples for the [redacted].
Ja-Mar Roofing Has fulfilled their roofing contract and would like to install skylights to make sure they have a complete new roofing and skylight package.  Mr. [redacted] has given Ja-Mar a quote for [redacted] to put in wood floors when skylights are complete.  
Never has Mr. [redacted]s, nor Mr. [redacted] lied to the [redacted]s.
