Taxes done professionally!

The first year I used [redacted].. it was find but this year.. I have not been so lucky... I had no problem getting an appointment during tax time but I have called and left messages and even drove to his office and left a note on his door..He has yet to return a phone call.. He claims that he filled my sons taxes which we paid him for and the IRS does not have a record of this electronic filing.... I can not get a hold of [redacted] in order to get a copy of my sons W2 so that I can refile them with another accountant. My personal taxes are also messed up due to [redacted] error and we have been trying get it cleared up but again... no return call.

Review: I personally delivered tax information to Bellenger Acc't Scvs., paid with check, the check was cashed. I have contacted tax agencies at both the state and federal level, neither of which have a record of my filings. When tax "due date" arrived I contacted the office, and was informed taxes were to be filed, and that I owed Fed I.R.S. (payment was made to IRS) - as of this date (08/14/13), taxes have NOT been filed. I have called and left messages with no return call and currenly the line now rings and states that voice mailbox is full.Desired Settlement: I need tax returns filed immediately, as Fed. IRS claims I may forfit my (substancial) payment as they have no record of my obligation to pay, and also am not able to claim my DE state overpayment.
