Review: I ordered an acrylic 6 drawer makeup storage unit, top caddy, and drawer divider plus free shipping for my wife Dec 20 2013 170. At approx. 9 pm I received an email stating my order had been received and a tracking number would be sent via email. Jd custom design withdrew the funds from my account on Dec 23 2013. After jan 2 2013 I began inquiring as to the status of my order #[redacted] from Jd custom design replied that they had been closed over the holiday (understandable) and would include an extra drawer divider for my wait. I have yet to receive any reply from this company after numerous emails and more than 30 phone calls over the course of the last two weeks. I would like to receive the merchandise I have paid for or a refund for the entire amount.Thank you for your time [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to have the products as ordered as my wife has been waiting for quite some time but in light of their lack of customer service I guess we will take the refund and purchase our items from another vendor.
