I have been taking my vehicle to Jesen Tires on Galvin in Bellevue for the last four years, the Mechanics there, are lost, they really don't know what they are talking about Several times I brought my van in for check engine light, told that they would have to run extensive test, and acting like I cant afford themWas told by [redacted] , that I needed to take better care of my vehicle, and its a Was charged [redacted] to new exhaust, and that is without the catalytic convertor, which is the most expensive part They wanted *** I know for sure, they take advantage of women customers, for we are lost, and are not mechanically incline So, I was never helped with my check engine light and when I did bring it in for exhaust fumes coming into the cab of my car, I was given this huge list of stuff that needs fix, never even asked for the list to begin with, never got one before So when my vehicle didn't want to start, and took it to Jensen on Galvin again, told by [redacted] , that my battery was good but my starter was bad, so $ [redacted] latter, winter hit two months later, car don't want to start, noticing the serpentine belt is making noise and seems loss, so I call up Jensen tires on Galvin, tell them about the starter issues, and [redacted] there gets snappy at first, and says oh it seems to me that the belt is doing its job, if the car is starting, I tell him the belt is making and noise and is loose, you can see it He examples to me, that its probably the alternator, but the alternator isn't whining or making any noise, its the belt, and I have had it at this point up to last nerve with this company! Your shops purposely charge people, to bring in the shop extra money, on thing that don't need fix, and I am not the only person saying this! I also have heard from family members how tires aren't put on right by Jensen I am not taking my van back to Jensen, I don't trust that your company is honest, and hikes up the price on purpose I want my money back for the starter which was put in just a month ago I am taking it to a different shop tomorrow, first think in the morning, if they tell me my belt is loose, which Jensen is the one that put the belt on, I'm protesting your company, I will call up the news, and tell them Because I am a single mom, and this isn't the only complaint, your shop also, refused to fix a broken tie rod end on my van, until I called [redacted] at corporate and told him, if they didn't fix the tie rod end, I would sue if something happened to me, on the street Because they wrote me this huge fix it list, which I don't trust either, and told me I had to fix the van in increments of [redacted] dollars at a time, or they were not fixing it! Nice way to help a single mom out! Nice way to be business [redacted] also told me they would figure out the check engine light, and still didn't! Very unhappy with the reputation of your company, and you should start listening more to your customers, before you don't have any! Because everyone in town says, don't take your car to Jensen, that is what is going around Omaha! Unhappy want the cost of my starter back, [redacted] [redacted] Windstar Van

These guys rock....called and got an unbeatable quote on tires at 4:and by 5:was back home with new installed and rollin tires.....thanks Jensen Tire and Auto you just gained another lifelong customer

Great experience at the northeast *** location We had traveled from the east coast and had a tire problem They got us in the same day, fixed the issue and thoroughly explained what they did Very friendly staff Definitely recommend them!

I dropped my truck off at the shop on [redacted] in [redacted] on 7/23/15. I had several items on my repair list. They were thorough and honest, letting me know an item on my list did not need attention. [redacted] went above and beyond what was expected.

Took my car in for a transmission flush. Was told it would take an hour. Three hours and 15 minutes goes by and I have to ask where my car is. Turns out it was ready two hours ago, but no one bothered to tell me. Go somewhere else.

My son took his car to Jensens on [redacted] to have an oil change and to check out a weird noise in the front. He ended up needing new front brakes and they recommended rotating the tires. He agreed. On his way home from [redacted] to [redacted] he heard a weird noise coming from the back of the vehicle. When he got home he looked around under the car but did not notice anything. On [redacted] he was on his way to an appt. going down [redacted] going 65 mph. He heard the noise again. As he continued to drive he started losing control of his car and it began swerving all over [redacted] and he could not steer. He let up on the gas and looked in his rear view to check to see if other cars were near by and he noticed his rear drivers side tire wobbling like it was ready to fall off. At this time he was at [redacted] and [redacted] so he slowly made his way into the parking lot at Jensens at [redacted] th and [redacted], scared and shaken. When he pulled in, the technicians were horrified to see that his tire was barely held on by one lug nut. They were even more horrified to learn that Jensens in [redacted] were the technicians that forgot to put the lug nuts back on after rotating his tires. I talked to [redacted], the manager at the [redacted] store and all I initially got was an apology and an admittance that his technicians forgot to perform the 2nd check on the rear tires. I felt the least he could do was credit [redacted] for the services they performed since they put his life in jeopardy and others, risked damaging his vehicle and inconvenienced him for an additional 3 hours on his only day off why they checked out his car and ordered the new lug nuts that needed to be replaced. He said he would talk to his GM. I reminded him that our family has been customers of Jensens for over 10 years. I called [redacted] back on Thursday and he said they would like to give [redacted] 3 free oil changes for his inconvenience. I was clearly insulted by that offer and clearly upset with the disregard he had for putting my sons life in danger. I will not do business with Jensens ever after this incident, especially after such a serious incident that could have ended up tragically. Beware for the safety of your family.
