optionsHe was not happy with the options that were presented to him.The consumer has been in our system under collections since The company's financial department has been calling the consumer regarding the matter since This is the reason for the account being placed as inactive If he would like to rejoin he may rejoin at the current membership terms

Great, courteous, prompt serviceSpoke to *** in the office and she helped figure out what my problem was most likely and scheduled me for service the following dayWhen the plumber showed up, he was polite, clean, and quietI hardly knew he was hear the whole hour and a halfHe walked through all the repairs and asked if I had any questions or concernsHe cleaned up not just his tools, but wiped down everywhere he was workingI would recommend him to anyone who needs some plumbing problems fixed

Called numerous times to get pricingWas told I was going to be called backWhen I did the guy seemed preoccupiedHe came to check out my job and spent only a few minutes with me with his phone going off every minuteI give him credit that he didnt answerHe said he would get a quote to me very soonA week went by and I called to follow upThe lady in the office said he wasnt in and she would give him the messageIts now weeks since I met with him and still nothingThis company is a jokeYou have harp and pester them to give you your business and moneyNot anyone I would recommend if you want anything done in a tinely mannerTerrible service

I was told on the phone that [redacted]s account was approved to be on hold. However this was not true. Why was I told false information and then not properly notified that the information in regards to the hold was not accurate? My son did not use the membership because we were told that his account was on hold. I was also told that I did not have to pay the bill because the account was on hold. Information shared with clients is deemed reliable, and we responded accordingly. the credit card and signature were from the FIRST membership application since the second enrollment was all cash and mail billing.

This business response was received by Revdex.com via phone.The business stated the consumer did not have two contracts as she stated in her response.  The business said the consumer did sign the credit card agreement and then went to another method of payment.  The business stated the consumer's son's account was not canceled properly per their contract.  Company stated all cancellations require a 30 day notice; any payments due between the day the notice is given and 30 days from then would be due. The business stated that since [redacted]'s mother did not come into the club to properly cancel the account until 7/31/17 and the July bill was due on 7/12/17, there were two payments due; the past due amount of $27.50 due on 7/12/17 as well as $27.50 due on 8/12/17 (the payment due within the 30 days). The business stated [redacted]'s membership is currently in a "pending cancel" status. This is because of the 30 day notice and the payment that was made for 8/12/17, the business stated the pending cancel status only means that [redacted] will have access to the gym until 9/11/17 since it is paid for.
