Review: I sent my Playstation 3 to PS Pros, an affiliate of JG Consumer Electronics, March of 2013. After they received my console, they charged 124.00 to my credit card explaining this covers shipping and replacing the laser reader. I continued to follow up with them on a bi-weekly basis; each time, I was told they were waiting for the part (laser reader). Now, the business is temporarily closed! I am not able to contact via email or telephone, as I received disconnection messages on each. Their website is unavailable... I have sent JG Electronics an email on 04/**/2013, with no response. This is a major concern, as their website stated they were approved by the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: Send my unit to Sony with the money they had already charged me. Or, send the console back to me and refund. I have the model and serial number when a response is needed. Thank you

Review: I placed a repair with Ps-Pros, a company that operates under JG Electronics inc, at the end of february. Upon receiving my product (Playstation Vita) that I sent in for repair,I was asked to pay for the service price of 175 including shipping. After I paid, I waited to hear back from the company that was supposed to have a 2-3 repair turnaround time. After a week of waiting for my repair, I contacted the company. I was told that the technicians could not complete the repair due to the screens needed for the repair were on backorder. When I asked around what time could I expect my console to be repaired, the representative said a couple of months at the most. I waited for two months. In that time I heard nothing from the company. After a series of phone calls and email complaints over a months time, I decided enough was enough. I wanted my unrepaired console and a complete reimbursement including shipping. Or the company could provide a refurbished console at no extra cost because they could not fix the console, as it states on the company's website. As I decide to do this, the company and the parent company's phones went offline, all the websites went down, and they stopped responding to my emails. I sincerely hope the Revdex.com can help sort out this mess, as I can no longer do anything. I would also like it if the Revdex.com could sent a complaint form to[redacted] as well. Thank you for your timeDesired Settlement: At this point all I want is my money and goods returned.
