We are sorry the customer is not satisfied with the options we have offered.  Again this is a pre-owned vehicle. Mr. Jidd stands by his offer to do minor repairs such as touch-up ,ding bump out, or as the customer has been informed to purchase the vehicle back according to our buyback program.

The Illinois Secretary of State Office does not require the odometer reading on vehicles over ten years of age.  We provided Mr. [redacted] with the [redacted]  information he refers to in his complaint.His deposit was refunded. I believe this case should be closed.
