First and foremost *** *** approached the employee he refers to as the boy to repair his vehicle on the sideSecondly 85% of the statement made by *** *** is false, he was aggressive and abusive towards my employees, and made several
derogatory commentsAt this time I asked *** to leave the premisesAt that time he became more confrontational, and approached *** *** and became physical hitting his chest against *** ***The Police did come and reviewed the video surveillance which collaborated with *** ***'s statementAt that time *** was informed to not return to the propertyAs far as the repairs are concerned we did everything that *** had requested be done*** was informed that there were further issues with this vehicle and he denied getting them repaired stating that those issues were repaired elsewhereAs far as the ABS wire being cut, it was previously cut before we received the vehicle, but for customer satisfaction Pete's Automotive replaced the wire for no chargeAs stated above the problem with *** *** is he misleads, misrepresents the facts, which is the main reason he was asked to vacate the premisesI feel that *** is just trying to scam some free repair and money out of the situationI will not refund any money to this person

towing serviceWe have been in business for years nowThis is an established company and has thrived in this volatile economy for a reasonWe stand behind our, work and use the utmost care in handling our clienteleMrs*** stated that she would like a refund due to a rumor that new parts were not being installed, rather cashed in by previous employeesIt stands to reason that this practice would not benefit either partyFirst off we do not receive cash for returned parts, only store credit for the company, not the employee, secondly any problems the vehicle came into our facility with would not be fixedFurthermore, this *** was repaired back in May and this customer was so happy that she gave a star rating on our facebook page and has just deleted it to give us a starIn fact they are also a return customer with another vehicle which is in our shop as of todayMrs*** has not made any statement regarding the oil leak still being an issue, and if it was it would be covered under warranty*** *** Collision has accommodated Mrand MrsMc Inerney by offering them a free tow and supplying them with a free loaner vehicle several timesIt is my belief that they were unhappy with the price of the repair on the current vehicle that is in the shop so this was the retaliationI do have a copy of the parts ticket proving that the valve cover gaskets were purchasedIt is a fabricated statement that the new parts were not put on the ***In conclusion, the only fair resolution to this complaint is to prove that the new parts were replaced by bringing in the vehicle for an inspection to one of our mechanical facilitiesWe have another *** Automotive in the *** IL location, and would be happy to provide an inspection on the valve cover gasketsPlease give us a call at XXX-XXX-XXXX

We have allowed Mr***'s mechanic, ***, to look at the *** regarding the valve cover gasketsAccording to ***, the valve cover sealant that was used on our car matches the color that they useAlthough I'm certain many shops use the same color sealant, I will take *** at his wordI would NEVER bring our *** to any of ***'s shops againAnd, the oil leak has not been remediedWe had the vehicle looked at and it seems the O-rings for the Turbos are what need replacing, not the TURBOS, which we will have done elsewhereAlso, since a mechanic they had decided to power wash our vehicle to find the oil leak, it caused other problems which we will deal with on our ownAlso, none of these statements have been fabricated as Mr*** states - it seems calling his customers "liars" is his mode of defenseI am only accepting his response because I feel his mechanic, ***, is an upfront, hardworking & honest individual, and I appreciate all the trouble he has been going through
