I was staying in THE Summit Apartment off [redacted] .I CALLING THEM going on a month now for my deposit back for my apartment Deposit back from my apartment [redacted] .they did they walk thru already.I'm trying to see what's going on

I would like to file a complaint against [redacted] " Stansberry Management, LLC" because I've been without my AC in my apartment for three weeksI spoke to the property manager name [redacted] Atwood Glenn on several occasion in the past three weeks but nothing has been doneI advised her that this situation is considered a maintenance emergency and I needed this issue resolved as soon as possibleShe had no solution for me, never stated they were going to send anyone out fix my AC unit She advise me that her job would be on the line if she gave me her property owners name to file a direct complaint to him, so she refused to give me his name or information No work orders were submitted...I'm still without AC

I moved from College Park Apartments the last day of February 2016, and I have been getting the run around about receiving my deposit. I was under Section 8 and had to move by February 29, 2016. The day of the 29th, there was a walk thru inspection completed by Ms. [redacted] , I was told that there would be a carpet cleaning deduction and I would receive my deposit about thirty days after. I gave my forwarding address and phone number and everything was settled I thought. After sixty days I began to inquire about the deposit and also began to get the run around. I finally tried to contact the cooperate office and have yet to speak to a person. I keep leaving messages and still no response. My last message to the company I told them that they were illegal withholding my deposit and that I would be contacting the District Attorney's office for further assistance.

I was suppose to move in the boulder ridge apartment complex and I took my deposit on June 1st Which was so on the 15th I came back with the pro rated rent which was also but I noticed I didn't get to see the apartment so on the 15th when I got the keys it was a hell of a experience I walked in te apartment it was roaches everywhere the carpet was flat and dirty I just turned around and walked out I went back into the rental office and told her no way it's been a whole month I got my deposit back but I need to get my other half I paid if you are thinking about getting an apartment with these folks please don't they are very unprofessional and rude this was a total inconvenience to me and my family I need my money and it's July like wow

I live in a gated complex and the gate has not been closed since I moved in a year and a half ago.Management neglects to fix the problem.Also its a torn down boat that kids play on that looks dangerous and management has neglect to remove or fix.Nothin in my apartment has totally been fixed since I moved in.I have pictures and video to prove my statements
