Review: On Friday May 17, 2013, I attempted to return a burnt fish dinner to an International Market, located in [redacted]. I had my receipt and a disagreeable and disgruntled employee who wishes he was an owner rudely told me there was nothing he could do for me in front of an audience. Come to think of ot this is not his first time being rude to me. This particular person talks down to me because I am not [redacted]. My service is worse whenever he serves the food. I am never going back. At the time, all I wanted was another meal. Now all I want is my money back.Desired Settlement: $20

I am rejecting this response because: My reason for returning the dinner is because the fish was burnt. Subsequently I then said that I ordered gravy. I called in my order, and expected them to make my food to my specifications. That never happened. I was not standing at the operable cash register. I was at the other end of the counter. I gave my receipt to a [redacted] cashier. She and a [redacted] guy came from the back to explain that they could not exchange the food. My reply was let me talk to the manager. [redacted] is rash and unreasonable. He berated me while talking down to me in front of customers. I called the police because they began to snap pictures of the tags on the truck I was driving. The time spent there I spent in my truck awaiting the police. is ridiculous at best. He removed my food from the bag with the receipt and gave me a new thank you bag. They have surveillance.cameras. I then told [redacted] I was going to report his business to the Revdex.com. He told me to do it.
I submitted a photo of the uneaten meal,
