This business response was received by BBB via email.Please forgive our lateness as we have since moved from our previous location to another. However I do remember this day like it was yesterday...We did do work at the listed location and we did a great job at an very affordable cost....We never do... work with out providing a free upfront no obligation quote..also we did explain upfront that we will be dropping off dumpster in driveway and will remove dumpster later in the day...customer said fine which is why he moved his bike out of garage just in case he wanted to leave and take a bike ride...He ask for a specific time we will pick up dumpster and at that time we informed him that we didn't have a specific time but will pick up later in the same day for sure...He said Good...and gave us the job....then after the work was done and all cleaned up he said we worked too fast and started to negociate price...because we stood firm on price that we first agree he became angry...which is why he went on BBB to Slander our Service....No Refund will be Issued we will not be bullied Sorry !
