I am responding to complaint id number ***. *** *** *** was a new customer who was uninsured. He was placed on a payment plan. This lasted from September 12, through May 31, 2017. This was done as a favor which is very rarely extended to new customers.
*** *** was very satisfied with the work that was performed on his *** *** ** which had extensive front and rear damage. I received a telephone call from *** *** a couple of weeks ago in which he stated that he had been involved in another rear end accident. The vehicle was taken to *** *** *** Collision and he was told that they could not repair the vehicle. I explained to *** *** that he could take the vehicle to another collision facility that was approved by the insurance company to get another estimate. Also, I was trying to explain to *** *** other option however he became irate and kept over talking me and basically wanted his car repair at no cost.Eustace G*** Jr.A Team Automotive
