KC Auto Gallery

Review: Bought vehicle on dealer's behalf with the knowledge that one or two payments would be made on loan before finally getting paid off. Vehicle was sold (transferred) to KC Auto Gallery right after purchase, however. Payments were being made by dealer to bank through direct debit, with loan still on my name (as agreed in contract), but payoff never happened. Contacting KC Auto Gallery to settle matter proved unsuccessful (by phone or in person), this went on for over two months. Now they are late on payments and I am at risk on defaulting on loan.Desired Settlement: Loan payoff as agreed for completion of sale and/or removal of loan responsibility from my name.
