Review: I could of picked several of the nature of the complaint. I purchased a [redacted] 1500 from keim preowned in the winter of 2014. they refused to detail it because we had snow on the ground. I didn't think much of it because again it was snowing and cold. They stated they would detail it once it was warm outside. I purchased the truck. 2 weeks later while driving with my children in the truck the brakes failed. The brake line fell off the truck. I had to used the emergency brake to stop the truck. They sent a tow truck after me calling several times and them refusing . finally they fixed the truck 3 day later they returned it. 3 weeks later I noticed the driver side seat bracket was rusted. I figured it was nothing major. Driving home my exhaust fell off. I had to stop and rig it on the truck. I took it to a mechanic he stated the entire muffler and exhaust system had to be replaced. I had put less then 3,000 miles on my truck. Once again with a lot of disagreement the truck was returned to Keim to be fixed. They had to replace the Rack and pinion , exhaust, muffler, all brake lines ( again) the emergency brake line. They refused to fix 9,000 dollars worth of cosmetic damage that was not disclosed when I purchased the truck. At this point I was given a rental. because the truck was going to be in service for 2 weeks. The car I was given while driving the engine seized and would shut off. WHILE DRIVING. It was replaced with another rental. I got it started and drove it to work. It would not start. I was stuck in the city at 11 pm with no way home and no one to call. I had to have a police officer take me home. They returned my truck the next day. Covered in grease and scratched. I contacted the gm again to tell him when you drive the truck it shakes really bad. No one will answer my calls or return them . I don't want the truck I want to return it. It is unsafe and they have put my children and my life in danger more then once. Now they are refusing to fix the truck. when purchased it was not disclosed the truck was in an accident. the rust on the driver side seat posses a weakening when possibly involved in an accident. The running boards are unsafe and can no longer be tightened. the truck is dangerous and should never have been sold.Desired Settlement: I want the loan paid off in full and the truck returned to the dealership
