Review: My mother pre-paid $150 to put her death date on her monument when she passed. I met with the owner/owners wife after she passed in November to tell them the death date . And I also Paid by Check $300 to put extra lettering on the monument when they did the death date. I have been trying to contact them by phone when spring arrived (because I was informed that they cannot do lettering during the winter months)and have made several attempts by phone and at address . they have not returned my calls.Desired Settlement: $450 cash refund

Review: On 08/25/2009 we purchased a memorial marker for my mother inlaw and a prepaid date of death strip. [redacted] said he would order and place the strip and he never did. We got a sample date of death strip from [redacted] and placed it ourselves. It doesn't match but is better than nothing. Now my mother has passed away on March 28,2013 also with a contract made Oct. 7,1999. She paid $150.00 for the strip. I called [redacted] and again he said he would get the date of death strip and do the job by memorial day. He didn't do the job. He makes a million excuses and doesn't return phone calls. My mother was horrified when he did this to us with my husbands mother and now he is doing it to her. I promised her that her grave would be marked and I need help. I have both contracts.Desired Settlement: If he doesn't finish the job, I want compensation. I need to mark my mothers grave. My husbands mothers marker should be the correct one for her memorial. If he can't do that one, I want compensation. We should never had let him get away with it the first time.
