Let the Revdex.com record show that Kohls has not made a reasonable attempt to resolve this complaint and lacks total and utter integrity.  It's difficult actions have led to the loss of a long time customer over its failure to honor a Kohls issued merchandise credit.

We agree to honor an additional credit of $18.94 for our customer. Please advise our customer to allow 3-5 business days for it to post to their Kohl's Charge.

We understand our customer mailed in the corresponding rebate information. Please let our customer know the gift card for $20.00 that was sent to his attention, is compensation for the missing rebate. As such, we consider this matter resolved. Thank you.

We have provided the address to our rebate department.  The rebate will be processed. Our customer should receive it within 5-7 weeks.

Upon review of our cus[redacted]er's inquiry regarding online Order 5710226762, it appears we did issue a credit to our cus[redacted]ers Kohl's Charge in the amount of $35.45 and emailed a digital Kohl's Cash to email [redacted] in the amount of $26.01. At this time, we do consider this matter as resolved.

Kohl's has sold 1/3 of my property they took as a return, but denied the return, and now wants to return 2/3 of it to me. This is not satisfactory.

Upon review, there were two separate advertisements regarding 15% off that were advertised during separate time frames. When placing an order online through kohls.com, you are only able to use one promotion code. We have applied a courtesy one-time credit of 15% off to his Kohl's Charge...

account. The credit to your charge card will take an average of seven days to appear in your account. While most credits appear within this time-frame, yours could be sooner or later.

We have attempted to present the customer with options to

is satisfactory to me. Upon checking my mail this afternoon, I received from Kohl's the promised gift card.  I am alerting you as soon as I received it.  I still have a valid complaint but Kohl's has fulfilled the credit to my credit card and the replacement gift card.

But the order was placed on December 13, Between that time and December 19, I spent a minimum of 3 hours on the phone with several people that either discontented, transferred me, or stated problem resolved when it was not. Was told order successfullly placed on 12/18 after spending 2.5 hours on the phone. 2 hours later, received an email that order again cancelled. Called back 12/19 and spent another 1.5 hours on phone. I asked to expedite shipping of luggage at their expense . They would not. presents did not arrive in time , delivered 12/24, family members already left to visit others. I am not satisfied because no real apology, human contact, or monetary credit, offer to compensate for my time, extreme dissatisfaction with customer service. Disappointing follow up for a long time customer.

I, as well, stand by my previous response and consider this matter open.  I am very frustrated by this entire ordeal and am tired of getting the runaround.  I am now being told by 3 different Kohl's resources, 3 different ways to resolve this matter, and none are working.  The unnamed entity that is responding to my Revdex.com complaint is telling me that I must go to the store.  As I have previously stated, I no longer live in close proximity to the store where I was initially supposed to pick up the online order.  So, in order not to waste 45 minutes and the gas it takes to get to the store, I called them and explained the situation.  [redacted], the manager at the store, stated he would not be able to assist or refund me and that I needed to contact Customer Service in order to get a refund.  He stated he has experienced multiple online cancelled orders himself and simply receives an email that included a barcode that contains his refund if he used Kohl's cash as his form of payment.  So, my next step was to respond to Kohl's Customer Service by online email and informed them of what the manager stated.  Kohl's, I implore you to please review incident number 161228-033538 for cancelled order 5842014936.  The last response I received from James A. on 1/29/2017 at 6:57 AM was that he would credit my next online order $25, all I had to do was send him my order number and he would make the necessary adjustments.  I DO NOT TRUST THIS AT ALL!!!  1.) I would end up spending my own money and good luck seeing any adjustments to my order.  They cannot seem to refund their own Kohl's cash and gift cards, so why would I believe they would be able to make adjustments to my personal payment.  2.) This does not address the gift cards that I used for the cancelled order that have not been refunded.  Kohl's has stolen $40 and keeps telling me different ways to get my unused Kohl's cash and gift cards tender back.  All I want is for them to email or mail the entire amount of Kohl's cash and gift cards into one  gift card/Kohl's merchandise credit or email a barcode that contains the total amount of unused tender.  I want this in hand.  It should not be this difficult.  I am very disappointed in the multiple misinformation provided, broken promises and lack of customer service by Kohl's.  I work in Customer Service myself, and this ordeal would not be tolerated.  I do not understand how nobody of authority has taken control of this matter and fixed it.  They can clearly see that the Kohl's cash and gift cards used on the original purchase were not spent, and cannot be spent/used because they were trashed immediately after the order was placed.  A replacement gift card and Kohl's cash should be issued, and not by the store, because they have already stated they cannot help me with a refund.  Kohl's, before this escalates further, please do your research, do your job, and rectify this issue.  Please stop giving me the runaround because nobody is willing to help me and they give me nothing but broken promises and misleading instructions.
