The parts needed to fix [redacted] dryer were on a factory back order from the manufacturer, that is the reason for the delay in repairing her unit.  [redacted] did not have 2 of the 3 parts that are needed to sell to me.  I contacted the retail store that she purchased the dryer from 3...

years ago and have asked them to try to assist on their end.  Due to the age of the dryer, [redacted] is not willing to exchange it for a new one at this time.  As of yesterday, 6/17/15, I had received word from [redacted] that I will be receiving those 2 parts on Monday 6/22/15.  Ms. [redacted] was contacted yesterday and told this information and scheduled an appointment to install those parts on Tuesday 6/23/15, at her convenience.

Review: I have been waiting 4 weeks for parts for my clothes dryer. This is unexceptible! They don't know when the parts will be in. My salesman called me yesterday and said he is checking with the sales rep from [redacted] and wants either the parts or a new dryer brought out to me. He is still waiting to hear from the rep from [redacted].Desired Settlement: I want either the parts to be delivered asap or a new dryer.
