Paid Lamar Auto Ctr. for transmission replacement/motor mount repair. From 6/26/13-8/21/13 they have failed to properly fix the car. Car runs poorly.On June 26, 2013 my 2004 Cadillac Deville (Vin #[redacted]) was delivered to Lamar Auto Center for transmission replacement service and repair of a loose motor mount. On July 15, 2013 the car was returned to me but when I drove it the vehicle stalled and would not restart. Was returned to Lamar Auto Center on July 16th. The vehicle was returned to me on July 29th, the same problem occured-vehicle stalled and would not start properly. I then sent the vehicle back for further repair on July 30, 2013. The vehicle was in their possession from July 30th to August 21st.On August 21, 2013 the vehicle was returned again and they stated there was not a problem with the transmission but with the stereo system's amp, so they disconnected the fuse to the amp. The vehicle would start but the tranmission still showed the same original problems and the front engine mount problems for which the vehicle was originally submitted to them had not been rectified. The rear seat had been removed and not properly replaced, multiple wires were left exposed and there were engine components that were previously covered left exposed. On July 3rd, I took the vehicle to [redacted] to have diagnotic tests performed, they surmised that the following problems existed:The transmission installed by Lamar Auto Center does not perform to proper standards and has bad codes,the wiring was done improperly, the front motor mount is broken and the radiator is leaking (this was not an issue prior to service) Essentially following repeated service attempt vehicle is a state of further disrepair than when originally brought in for service. Lamar Auto Center gave multiple reasons for the issues concerning the car's lack of performance, citing problems with the alternator, radio amp, electrical system, etc. however, none of these issues were causing problems prior to the vehicle's original service date. They were paid a total of $1400.00 for the service and an additional $132.04 was paid to have a diagonistic run by [redacted] to finally determine what was wrong with vehicle. The $1400 was paid in cash installment and the main contact person at Lamar Auto Center was [redacted].Desired SettlementI am seeking full cost of the repair cost, including extra damages to interior, the cost of gas that I had to replace in vehicle everytime I took it to them, the cost of the diagnostic service as well as one two month's car payments when my vehicle was unusable due to their lack of timely repair.

car was towed to Lamar Auto Center car cranked just was only going dead, next they told me it was ready, they did a tune up and replaced a fuel pump.I pick the car up Monday June 20. 2015 and about 30 minutes while I was driving the went dead and quit in the middle of the street, it was doing the same thing when I had it towed to them. I paid 599.00 and they did nothing would even give me no warranty I called them they would not answer phones.they are also using to addresses to different ones [redacted] the owners name is [redacted] .
