the complaint alleges) I would be more than willing to go over the paperwork with consumer or their tax accountant and show them how they are incorrect Many local regional banks charge fees for financing a car (or a mortgage for that matter), we have no control over that as we would have gladly accepted the negotiated amount out the door in cash as was what was negotiated and as was sold for If a bank charges a fee for providing those funds for a customer, they would have to take that up with them But I would guess that most, if not all banks, charge fees for providing loans
