Landscaping Arizona LLC rescheduled times and no showed with out calling us or notifying us in any way that they weren't comingThis was over a month period Dealt with Marc until first no show then he no longer answered our texted or phone callsThen we dealt with his wife Jennifer JamesShe assured they would show and they didn'tThey cancelled our contract and said we would get a full refund after we said we were going to contract the AzState attorney generalJennifer mailed us a posted dated check that was a month away for full refundI called her and she said it was an accident and would reissue a check with correct dateThat check never cameI tried calling and e mailing them and got no response after thatI tried to cash the original post dated refund and it was a bad checkI tried calling them again and I have had no response from Jennifer or Marc JamesThey did no work and they cancelled our contract and still have our money from the deposit No I would not recommend them at all!

We have also instructed the customer to increase the time of watering for the grass, as it is very hot in Arizona for the summer, and sometimes will cause distress on newly installed plants and in this case sod. Had Landscaping AZ come out and remodel our backyard. They did a great job designing and helping us figure out which plants would be easiest to maintain since it is our second home and we cannot be there all year to maintain it. The crew was fast and efficient with the whole project. It was what we would call a large project and it was completed in 4 days time, and was not delayed. We did have a couple shrubs that did not make it, but they came back out the very next week and replaced them per warranty. The artificial turf is some of the best quality we have ever seen! Great job!

Wow! Don't know what happened with the other peoples but our experience with Landscaping Arizona was great! Marc came out and gave us the second to cheapest bid and we went with him because he is so knowledgable and was much more personable than any other rep we had out! Jennifer did our design and got us approved by our HOA which was hassle free and she did everything for us! Our project was delayed due to rain which is completely understandable! They came out after the weather delay however and everything went smoothly! The workers are great! They did an awesome job on our paver patio and we have never been so happy about our investment! The yard looks great and they really did a great job on everything! We would recommend them to our closest of friends and family!

The salesman is great. The service is the worst I have ever dealt with. They guarantee to replace damaged or dead items they have planted. They do not return phone or e-mail messages in order to discuss the matter. They put in ground cover, which all died. I have a dead shrub. And it took them forever to even begin the work.
