Lakepointe Townhomes HOA hired Lanstar for restoring a burnt unit and for replacing the community.s siding. he got paid close to $100,000 for burnt unit and $128,000 for the siding project. he did not complete either one and has not given us our money back. Also, one subcontractor he used filed a lien on our community because Mr. Wendell Taylor did not pay him $8000 for some work performed here in the community forcing us to pay that sub contractor so the lien could be released.
