I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowMerchant's so-called disclosure of "we do not offer refunds for subscribers," notwithstanding, my premise is on the fact that its advertisement contained misleading and fraudulent language and content to intentionally induce me (and others in similar situation) to purchase and pay for a subscription to an advisory service that has proven, contrary to its advertisement, to be utterly worthless As indicated previously to merchant in my request for refund, its advertisement showed glorifying examples of "could have gains/percentages' of hundreds and thousands of percents using highest price attained BUT NOT actual prices at the time of its advisory recommendation to sell with the claim of "GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF HOW WE'VE DONE."Upon starting my subscription to merchant's advisory service, I was to to review recent advisory sells reports of of January 16, February and March 11, and ALL 7 sells turned out to have huge losses when actual closing prices were considered And of those 7, of them exceeded a 62% LOSSI gave the merchant full information but of course it did not address any part of this unpleasant matter. And by the way, the merchant's claim of "you will have access to our research and reports website through the end of your subscription period" is not trueI had not accessed its website since I initially complained to it on March 19, And, upon receipt of its April 6, letter, based on its claim of continued 'access' availability, I tried it - got its website response of "You have no active subscriptions." Thus, while denying a refund/credit, it also cut off access to its website as well.I am still seeking redress from this merchant and intend to continue to pursue it Thank you for your help.

address). Once we received his cancellation, we processed his request. His subscription cancellation was processed on July 17, 2016. We will not be billing him any further.
