She never called us back despite... leaving messages for her to call back and come to the office to be evaluated. When [redacted] was treated in our office we spent several hours with her not only treating her with CoolSculpting but answering any questions she had. [redacted] was [redacted] pounds when we first evaluated and her goal was to eliminate excess fat. She understood that after each treatment you can eliminate up to 25% of fat in the area of treatment. She also understood that any weight gain after the treatment would offset the treatment results. She read and signed the consent form (enclosed) prior to the treatment understanding that several treatments are necessary if more fat loss is desired. Review: I went to have "cool Sculpting" done on March 26, 2015. They said I would see a difference within 2 weeks to 3 months. I called back June 21 (12 weeks after procedure) to talk to Alana (she did my procedure) and she never returned my call. I have called several times and she will not call me back. I have not only NOT lost any inches, but my belly has an odd triangle shape to it. I paid $1000.00 CASH for this. I am very upset at the fact that Alana acted like a good friend and then didn't stand by what they do.Desired Settlement: Partial or full refund.
