Was told my security deposit would take two weeks.After waiting weeks horrible customer service and lack of communication I still dont have my check I stayed at Latitude from [redacted] to [redacted] When I moved out I was told that my security deposit of [redacted] dollars, would take about two weeks to arriveAfter waiting the two weeks, there was no check so I called the office and talked to one of the workersThey told me it may take another two weeks and that they would let [redacted] (the Manager) know that I calledI again waited for my check another weeks, still nothing came in the mailI called Latitude again on [redacted] and specifically asked to talk to [redacted] to figure out what was going on with my checkWhen talking with [redacted] on the phone he told me he did not know where it went and that he sent it on [redacted] After reaffirming that they had the right address, I assumed that the postal service would have sent the check back to Latitude had it not reached it's appropriate d
