Review: Rented property @ [redacted] was excessively arrogant in all matters dealing with our rental apartment and accused of smoking inside the building, when all the smoke came from outside the apartment. When I moved into the apartment in 2/2013 all the china cabinets had been painted shut and the apartment was definitely not clean as described!The drawer fronts of the kitchen were continually falling off and numerous promised repairs were never performed. I have dealt with such poor properties in the past who will use normal wear and tear as an excuse to not refund a security deposit, and Laurel Properties, is absolutely the worst as manifested by the demeaning arrogant attitude of Kelly K Pratt who should be relieved of her duties! It took almost two months to notify me that I would be receiving a S930.75 security deposit refund. If this amount is refunded to me in a timely manner I will immediately withdraw this complaint.Desired Settlement: $930.75
