trimmed back, after the winter, and will be beautiful in a matter of weeks.We have maintained this particular community since 2011, and this is something that is done yearly, and with the approval of the Board.Unfortunately, the major trim backs after winter/frost does create some unhappy residentsThe Board usually lets them know ahead of time that it is coming and is necessary for the health and appearance of the plants

I apologize for the time this matter is taking. First and foremost, we are a commercial maintenance landscape company. We do not provide residential service. This homeowner lives in a townhome community, in which we maintain all of the common area. All landscape belongs to the community and is managed by the Board and management company.Trimming is done at the direction of the Board; they asked that all bushes be trimmed below the windows.The grass is dormant, as this community does not plant winter rye. We have discussed this with the Board and Property Manager; they will be forwarding the communications on to their attorney to handle the matter.Thank you for the opportunity to respond.Respectfully, [redacted], Owner

They stated that the shrubs are in "common" area and that the shrubs were ALL trimmed back after the winter and will be beautiful in a matter of weeks. They also stated that they have maintain the community since 2011 and that this is something that is done yearly and with the approval of the Board. Unfortunately everything said was not true facts the only thing that was correct is that I live in a community that has an HOA. Again they have never ever trimmed my shrubs before (over 20 years)  and they stated that they trimmed ALL the shrubs back.I have attached photos of what they did and I would appreciate you reopening this case.  As you can see they only trimmed one shrub which happens to be in front of my window, which has caused me great anxiety now everyone can see into my home and I no longer have the security of the shrub, please note how large the shrub was as you can see from the one right next to what they trimmed. I believe the below picture says everything and will support this complaint being reopened. Also please note I have no grass in the front of my home (only weeds) but they felt the shrub was more important.Regards,[redacted]

Review: On March 24th this company came out to my home and preceded to cut and mangle my shrub which was over 6ft tall and more then 20 years old and then left all the cutting in the front of my lawns. I believe that they have no idea on how to trim a shrub and I have picture to prove it. In addition they also trimmed by bougainvillea plant, which is my own property.Desired Settlement: I want them to come out and replace my shrub and make the front of my home appealing as it has been for over 20 years. I personally sent an email to my HOA stating that they had no reason to cut it down and it should fall under the grandfather clause.
