I recently bought a Audi Afrom super service currently financing within the first two weeks the oil pressure light came on when I went to get a oil change mechanic stated there was an oil leak, took it back to the dealer only thing they could say is there were no oil leaks on the ground where the car was sittingI learned from a mechanic there is a plastic cover underneath the car that holds the oils so that was not a good excuse, three weeks later the oil pressure light come back on I go get a oil change the car never start up again took it to a shop they said the whole engine need to be replaced due to the oil leak and that there was a new part on the car that shows the dealer knew about the oil leak and TRIED to fix it no success I contact the dealer again they say there is nothing we can do so now I am coming out over $to get an motor replaced

I stayed owing the company 400.00, for a new counter top, they said had been completely damaged by my microwaveSo, I contacted them with hopes of working out a payment arrangement, which I was told to do so by management at the property and also told by Jennie who handled the customer relations department in the main officeI did the work, submitted a request and was told they would not work out any arrangementsI called and asked why they would have me request a payment arrangement and was told they do not do it anymore, even though I was told to do so, I contacted Jennie who was hesitant to discuss it with me and almost immediately called over Eric *** who said he was the owner of the businesshe was very rude and did not put any effort into assisting me, I am currently homeless and trying to get into a apartment for myself and my children, I left him know that I needed an arranged payment in order to fix my situation, he refused and did not try to help me at all!!
