You had chosen the free first class shipping (5-6 business days for delivery) I show one of the lenses ordered arrived to you on the [redacted] (3 business days) well within the time frame given when placing the order. The second lens was shipped the same day the ([redacted]) and should have arrived the [redacted] as well. I show the [redacted] did not delivery the package until the [redacted].Unfortunately we have no control over the postal service once it leaves our location. Review: I had placed an order for contacts on Friday September **. Today is September ** and they still have not sent me the contacts. I paid $19.95 for overnight express, they have it down as 2-3 days shipping. I am not happy at all. I spent more money so I could have them for October *. Here I am still waiting on them to even ship.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the product I ordered and since I paid the $19.95 shipping I want them overnight. Please. Thank you
