would seem the most outstanding issue being the gutter service.  [redacted] was not pleased with the roof color selection he made.  The color he selected was not uniform with the rest of his neighborhood.  It was explained to [redacted] that the roof color and the HOA requirements were his responsibility, and Liberty Home Remodeling is not liable for a roof color or style that does not meet the HOA guidelines.  There was however an outstanding gutter service that took too long for my company to respond to.  We have since met with [redacted] and completed the gutter service.  I have been in constant communication with [redacted] since his complaint, and it appears to be resolved.  Any questions can be addressed to myself or my company.Regards -- Jordan P

A few weeks ago with a representative of this company knock on my door and asked if he could inspect my roof.there had been some recent storms and he wanted to look for hail damage. After inspecting my roof he informed me that I had hail damage, cracked shingles and an assortment of other problems and needed to file a claim right away with my insurance company.
I filed hey home owners claim and the adjuster came out with third-party inspector along with Liberty Home Remodeling they found nothing wrong with the roof or the shingles. Liberty Home Remodeling at that point said I needed to refile a claim because the inspector was wrong. So I refiled a claim to have a second inspection of the roof by another adjuster during this time I was in constant communication with Liberty Home Remodeling and told them exactly when to be at my house for the inspection when the time came no one ever showed up no one ever called me and all of my calls to them have been ignored to this poin this is a poor company with poor customer service and in my opinion a fraud

In response to this complaint:[redacted], I am very sorry for the delay completing your project.  I have met with our production team, and it appears there was a miscommunication between our office and gutter crew.  We are all set to perform the downspout installation tomorrow morning....

 We are anxious to resolve this issue and bring closure to your project.  I understand your frustration as it pertains to the timeline to complete your project.  The majority of the project has been done for some time, and our understanding was that we were awaiting the final payment from your insurance.

We have spoken with customer and confirmed the amount requested and it was determined that it was owed tothe customer. Funds have been sent directly to the customer for the full amount requested on 4/28/17. Please let us know if you need dnthjing else.

I am rejecting this response because of the false claim re timing of the Revdex.com complaint.  I filed the complaint before resolution with Mr. H[redacted].  In fact, Mr. H[redacted] reached out to me because of the complaint filed.  And, yes, I have (finally) received a refund for the uncompleted work (plus 30%).
