I am tired of dealing with this issueI found someone who does a great job and has repaired my lawnYou are correct stating that you provided a service even if it was of questionable qualityYou are also correct that I should have complained sooner about the poor quality however I hoped it would get better out of respect for the ownerThe refund amount for the last cut would be dollars not Hopefully in the future this company can take care of complaints in a more professional manner so it doesn't have to result in the use of third party negotiationsThank you
