The homeowner called into our office at lam to let us know that rain was coming into the window well and I went out that morning to discuss how we could create a small swaie along side of patio and mound up soil along side of home to help protect the basement of home to prevent future issues. Two weeks later we had another heavy rain and additional 'A inches of rain and the swales couldn't contain that much water.Mote: we have been in business for years and never had a complaint to the Revdex.comWe try to solve or rework any issue that may come upJust as I was meeting the owner on a Sat after the 1st incident and returned all phone callsIVIy employees are very experienced, two of these employees have years and the other employee has years in this tradeWe also have pictures of the grading before the owner changed it to his liking. Also, the owners left for a vacation the next day so their concerns on the basement were put on the backburner and when my insurance adjuster looked at the damage there were no fans or dehumidifiers in the basement to prevent further property damage. We feel that the owner made the decision to re-grade the property even though my manager at the site told him that this was not the correct decision we were trying to make this customer happyWe continued to work with them and now they are working with our insurance claims adjuster to correct the property damageAs of this day, we have not received any money for this job after sending two invoices to this customer
