My name is *** ***, President of Longhair Dia, IncI am a new manufacturing company with the DiaSilkproduct line which is in beta-testing modeThe products are not available to the public yet. *** *** approached me while I was banking at her place of employment, Wells Fargo Bank
on Monday September 11th to try my productShe made an initial purchase of the trail product $25.00 DiaSilkHair and Scalp Nutrition on Saturday September 16th With that purchase I offered to give her a refund if the product didn't work. She came back and made a subsequent purchase of an additional bottle of the DiaSilkHair and Scalp Nutrition $25.00 for her husband and for herself a bottle of shampoo $and oil $(no additional offers of refunds where extended). On Tuesday September 26, we met to discuss the product. She stated that the shampoo wasn't working for her and the spray wasn't working for her husband. I agree to let her return the bottle of spray she brought for her husband and the shampoo she brought for herself for a total of $40.00. The next day September 27th she leaves me a voice message to she wanted to return everything. The only products to be refunded are those we agreed upon on September 26thLonghair Dia's original policy which a sign is posted in my shop say's No Refunds or Exchanges. At this point I already had enough beta-test customersBecause I do business at the bank in which *** *** works I extended the return offer. I am willing to give Mrs*** a refund for the agreed upon items she stated on September 26th. As of today's date, she still has all products in her possession. I was scheduled to go out of the area to pick up items for my shop and that is why I gave Ms*** the October 2nd dateInstead I stuck around to try and resolve the issueI was at the bank this morning September 28, She still refuses to accept the offer I proposed of the $refund (her husbands spray and the shampoo)I am getting conflicting feedback and it is confusingAny suggestions are welcome

I was unaware of any further agreementsI responded to the last complaint in this series of correspondenceThe only feedback here was that the issue was closed. The last offer I made was for the $as stated in the previous responseI never received a response to that communication. I am only communicating through the Revdex.com. So any additional agreements would be made here. Please clarify. Thanks

[redacted] to MY JOB AGAIN and left a check with my manager rather than speaking with me face to face. [redacted] has been ignoring my calls and messages. I’ve been trying to get in contact with her so she could return me my money and I could give her stuff back. She told me she would send me my money and she never did. Instead she shows up to my job unannounced to talk bad about me to my coworker and leave a check with my manager. I feel harrassed at this point. I have received the check already which is good. [redacted] has been nothing but drama in my life and I’m sick of it! I don’t understand why she can’t be an adult about this and do things right and move on. Instead she goes to another location (same company I work for) and talks bad about me and tells others this situation then turns around, returns to my job and sets with my coworker for the sole purpose of talking about this situation and talk bad about me. I’m so tired of this. She is so bitter about returning me money that she made me wait two weeks if not more. I’m glad I got my money. If she wants her products she needs to contact me personally and stop coming to my job for the sole purpose of talking to someone about all this when they have nothing to do with it. It is so unnecessary.
