the florist we sent this order to had marked this order as delivered. We were charged for this order on our Teleflora statement. However, the florist we sent the order to has not responded to us with a written confirmation of delivery. We have called and e-mailed the florist in Texas several times. The florist has still not responded. As we noted earlier we have credited [redacted]'s credit card $64.14, and we will attempt to get our money back from Teleflora. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience we have caused [redacted].

I am very satisfied with how Hohman Floral finally resolved this matter.It would have been much better if they had gotten back to me during this two month period without me having to contact the Revdex.com.I appreciate having a provision available for the "little guy" to have a voice when things do not work out as expected.Thank you Revdex.com and thank you Hohman Floral.[redacted]
