I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have reviewed the response from the company and disagree with their statement. In addition, my personal information and an accusation that I threatened them is contained within. This is simply false. I will not pursue the issue with the Revdex.com any further as I find the various responses from the company to be extremely rude, filled with false information, and rather distressing.

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention:
arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px;">In response to Ms [redacted]'s accusations.
We provide towing services to many properties in San Diego and they hire us to remove any Unwanted and Illegally parked vehicles. Parking in the Hillcrest area is a premium and Ms. [redacted] chose to park her car on someone else's property without their consent. She was not a patron at La Fuente Restaurant, by her own admission. She informed us that she "owns a business nearby". Her vehicle was towed in accordance to section 22658 a.
Ms [redacted] accused us of "Predatory Towing". Loyal Towing has never and will never engage in this practice. I don't know how she comes up with these accusations. We are always contacted directly with the property owners or the person who is authorized to sign for the pick up.
Ms [redacted] has "Witnesses" saying we drive by every half hour is false. I have GPS tracking on all my drivers. If she has a Date, Time and Truck # of this so call predatory towing I would be happy to let you know where that truck was. The only time we are in that area is unless we are called to that area.
We have surveillance cameras at our storage lot. Ms [redacted] in fact was the one that was threatening our employee. And since in your letter you asked not to include any inappropriate language I will not document what she said. We will be more than happy to let you view the video at an appointed time.
We provided Ms. [redacted] with her rights and tow laws, which I have attached. I'm not sure if this was the exact copy but I know documentation was provided to Ms. [redacted] on the tow laws. If we were doing anything illegal why would we provide this information?
Understandably we know how upsetting having your vehicle impounded. The bottom line is she knowingly parked her car on private property. If she owns a business in the area as she claims then she would know where to park. I have attached a map viewing the property. It is very clear, where the property line is. And if they weren't clear ask someone on the property "hey is ok if I park here?" common courtesy, Simple. The drive through window is a few yards where Ms. [redacted] parked her car. But it is the total disregard and respect for other people's property that people like Ms. [redacted] have and eventually end up having their car towed. But they take no responsibility for the decisions that they make.
The problem is the parking situation in this area... you can see from the map that Wine Steal's restaurant next door has no parking for their patrons except street parking. I have heard that they go as far as telling their patrons to park in the lot and having spotters to call their patrons when they see a tow truck. The tow away signs are very clear, and are posted according to what the law requires.
If you have any questions Please email me.
